Our Perspective – Our Mission

In the Midwest District we believe that the essence of the mission given to the Church is that every Man, Women, and Child deserves repeatable opportunities to hear the Gospel of Jesus of Christ in an understandable way, so that they may choose to accept or reject the gift of grace. We are convinced that Church Multiplication, the planting of local communities of faith, will be a natural expression and outcome in the engagement of this mission.

Believing that God has committed the mission of proclaiming the Gospel message to every Man, Woman, and Child to the Church we strive to facilitate and empower district churches through their pastors and leaders in order that an every increasing number in each church many live a lifestyle that exemplifies:

A growing Personal Intimacy with God

A consistent and public expression of a  Personal Grace Testimony

An understanding and public expression of Personal Spiritual Gifts

An expression of interpersonal relationships mirroring the Fruit of  the Spirit

A scriptural perspective of Stewardship practically expressed 

An acceptance of concentric Circles of Accountability consistent with Christ's declaration in Acts 1:8 centered on presenting the Gospel message to every Man, Women, and Child in repeatable and understandable ways



We believe that as we the Church become more and more what we are convinced God has always intended we should be that existing churches will grow, but beyond that the Church will multiply at extraordinary rates. In the first century the churches in Ephesus and Antioch grew outward and laterally, forming new congregations or churches regularly. We will and must see the same dynamic take place in and around our communities in our world today.



Our Method



Believing that if it is not illegal, immoral, unethical, or somehow otherwise against the Bible it is worthy of consideration for use in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ we encourage creativity and innovation in all efforts to establish new communities of faith



Believing that we can accomplish more together than apart we are deliberate in challenging and creating outreaching and multiplying partnerships among existing churches

Believing God has uniquely called and gifted some to fill the point positions in the expansion of His Church we are committed to identifying through assessment those individuals who have the giftedness, natural talents, personality traits and passion to take the lead in carrying the message to every man, woman, and child



Believing that it will require interdependent leadership teams to accomplish the mission we will be diligent in the support and coaching of these leaders in order to maximize the effectiveness of each team
